We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please review our shipping options below:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping:

- Shipping fee: €12.95
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over €50
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jardinove purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.
Eligible Products
Most products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:
- In their original condition
- Unused
- In their original packaging
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Products
To ensure the quality and freshness of our plants, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bulbes à fleurs (Flower bulbs): Due to their perishable nature once shipped
- Plantes vivaces (Perennial plants): These are carefully selected and prepared for immediate planting
Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to facilitate your request:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will email you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange shipment.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after your return is approved. The credit will be applied to your original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: 24-48 hours
Important Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the same process as for a return. Once your return is approved, we will ship the new item. Shipping fees for the replacement item will be your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.
